alemany farm on tv, tuesday yoga classes, shows & votes

dear friends,

a request, some news, and many events (above!) for you:

1) please vote for the botticellis for deli sf's band of the month! they in the lead now, and it takes about 2 seconds. 2) alemany farm was just on tv, on bay area backroads!!! i encourage you to stream the clip at http://www.bayareabackroads.com to get a glimpse of what wonderful things are going on at the farm. just click on the link that says "urban farming". we are featured after Oakland's People's Grocery and City Slicker Farms.

3) yoga classes: i'll be teaching beginner's hatha yoga classes at 848 divisadero the next four tuesdays (may 13, may 20, may 27, and june 3). please send a message to me to sign up, as space is limited. a bit more info is below and will be sent to those who RSVP or inquire.
