below is the calendar of shows i'm working on, and yoga classes i'm teaching! the next show is this saturday at the starry plough - come hang out and hear the lawlands, the driftwood singers (releasing their new album), & chrystian rawk (releasing his new tape!). chrystian's tape is called "youth music revisited" and features songs by pennywise, nofx, the descendants, the clash, rancid, & operation ivy. pretty great flashback time. here's a video of chrystian rawk covering rancid's "olympia", thanks to michael fortes of popdose & parlour to parlour.http://popdose.com/new-music-

enjoy time to rest and receive, de-stress and hit the internal restart button. we will do 3-5 poses + a long savasana. time to settle, observe & deepen the breath, & enjoy a time of deep relaxation.
