a big giant huge thank you to everyone who attended, supported, participated in, & appreciated the Chasing the PINK Moon Show last night, & the Buffy Sainte-Marie Tribute a few Sundays ago. wow. truly a show of what is possible w/ many people's efforts - and i am going to be in awe of the performances for a long time.

12:45-2pm gentle hatha yoga class @ the yoga loft. come & enjoy moving in a meditative way, that gives space for you to experience the poses & get the kinks out, return to the breath, & experience relaxation.
6:30-9pm jai uttal & shiva rea @ the yoga tree in the castro. $20. kirtan!! jai uttal is so good, let me know if you want to go to this!

yoga!! starting this week, i am teaching restorative yoga on sundays at the yoga loft from 6:30-8pm. (except for the third sundays of the month because of the seaweedsway showcase, meg will be teaching that class!) so this is the last week of the friday 11-12:30 restorative class there. saturday's gentle hatha yoga class for $10 is still on, 12:45-2pm every week. caretakers house yoga classes are 1st & 3rd tuesdays of the month... if you're up for it, sign up to get yoga email updates (once a week or less) at http://groups.google.com/group/seaweedsway-yoga
