Donation-based yoga class at the Yoga Loft: Listening to the Inner Rhythms: An Integrative Yoga Practice with Anne, Jane & Meg. 5-7pm (Donation Only!) Please join us to initiate the benefits of the major Sound-Proofing Project in Studio B with an extended, thorough and collaborative practice that aims to soften the inner ears so that we can receive the sound of instruction and listen to the body's internal rhythms. This practice will include essential elements of a strong practice, including sun salutations, and will wind down with a restorative session. benefit for moon bears @ blue macaw (former 12 galaxies). helena handbasket, a smaller version of conspiracy of venus, will be performing, as well as other interesting groups. $5-$50 sliding scale. funds will go to help save moon bears in china, who are farmed for their bile, which is used in traditional chinese medicine. the bears are often infected afterwards, and there are other alternatives that could be used. read more about it at
