((cafe du nord tonight)) + music, farm, & yoga in july

hello out there!

a few reminders:

music - please come to the show tonight at cafe du nord! (thursday july 3rd) i'll be singing in conspiracy of venus & on a few songs in cotillion & would love to see you there. we'll see how many people we can fit on stage throughout the night. conspiracy of venus is a women's choir w/ 20+ members, covering songs of leonard cohen, tom waits, joni mitchell, bjork, & rufus wainwright. cotillion is an 8+ person collaboration featuring members of the botticellis, bright eyes, & judgment day. still flyin', with 16+ people, will perform as well! tickets are $10 & can be purchased at ticketweb.com or at the door. doors open at 8:30, and since the choir sings first, i encourage you to arrive extra-early.

farm - you are invited to alemany farm this sunday. workday activities include helping us plant medicinal herbs; watering watering watering; adding manure to the compost (fun!); harvesting some green, yellow, and purple beans; and as usual, pulling some weeds.

yoga - i will be teaching class again on tuesday july 15th at the caretakers house. let me know if you can go, & i'll save you a spot. i'm skipping next week due to a choir show in the east bay - last one of the season! thanks to everyone who has attended class so far; it's been really fun to learn together.
