another big thank you to all who came out to the shows last week!! so much fun!

this weekend - i'm going to C.A.M.P. - a 3 day DIY music fest on the russian river- are you?? details below - i hear there are still some tickets at the gate if you want to come!  & you can just come for 1 day if you'd like.

THIS COMING WEEK - to close out the whirlwind month of July - i'm helping w/ 3 shows - would love to see you there!

in the YOGA realm - a reminder- i'm teaching a gentle yoga series on thursdays in august, 6-7:30, at the loft. 321 divisadero st. @ page. all levels are welcome, seriously. you can sign up & find out more here! http://theloftsf.com if you can't make the whole series, drop-ins are welcome, or it's $50 for 4 weeks. i also teach gentle yoga saturdays 10:45am-12pm, $10 community class. & sundays, restorative, 6:30-8pm. C.A.M.P. is a 3 day summer festival on the Russian River in Guerneville, CA featuring live music with over 30 bands and DJ's from all over the world. It is a collaboration-focused event with simultaneous live music, games, classes, and experiences. Come camp, swim, dance, rock, and have a great time.
