Hi!
A quick message to inform you that Sean Hayes is playing tomorrow night at the Independent: with Michael Musika opening! Eric Kuhn playing in both bands! Indianna Hale & Erica Fink joining Michael & Eric for a song. Gonna be so special! We just heard that Saturday night sold out, and there are not many tix left for Friday. These are some of my very very favorite artists, and this show means a lot, in multiple realms. Would love to see you there!

Here's a message from Michael about the show, that says it all better than I can explain:
"This Friday November 30, 2012, my friend Eric Kuhn and I will be opening for Sean
Hayes at San Francisco's Independent. We have a memorable performance prepared.
Also, those in attendance can take home a preview 3 song EP of a record we've been
working on for the past two years. The record is tentatively titled "ghosts." We
came to understand the songs and how to record them by travelling far away from
home together. As the scenery passed through the windows of our travels, we listened
to music and talked. This way of being had an amusing and slightly spooky effect on both
of us. We came to realize that we shared several significant fascinations with specific
musical characters from childhood. Through this conversation the characters came
powerfully back to life inside the imagination. It was like becoming reacquainted with a
missing part of myself and reminded me that making music is for those who are present
as well as for those who are not. When finally we returned back home I fell asleep watching
a glamorous old movie and had a dream where a giant ghost wearing a tophat was
rowing us downriver through summertime in the French countryside in an oversized canoe."
